Aftera career as a musician - performing and teaching - Pam decided to turn her creative instincts towards painting. Starting with classes at Malvern Hills College, she has taken courses with John Blockley, Geoff Rowswell and Barry Watkin. She is a member of the Malvern Wells Art Group, the Malvern Art Club and the Worcester Society of Artists.

"I often create paintings from my imagination, though the images can be inspired by local scenes or places that I have visited."

"Texturing with tissue, collage or gesso before applying paint gives me some exciting starting points! At other times I enjoy allowing the special qualities of watercolour to capture atmospheric landscapes."
